Account & Registration

Registering at at 999 takes under two minutes. Click the Register button at the top of any page, enter your Pakistan mobile number, choose a username and a strong password, tick the age confirmation and Terms & Conditions box, then submit. You will receive an OTP on your mobile to verify the account. Once verified, your at 999 account is live. No documents are needed at this stage — KYC is only required before your first withdrawal.

Yes. You must be 18 years of age or older to create an at 999 account. This is a hard requirement and we enforce it. Age is verified at registration and confirmed again during KYC before your first withdrawal. Any account found to be operated by someone under 18 is closed immediately, with the balance forfeited. If you are not yet 18, please do not attempt to register.

No. Only one account is permitted per person, per household and per device. Creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses or for any other reason is a violation of the at 999 Terms and Conditions. If duplicate accounts are detected, both will be closed and any balances may be forfeited. If you have forgotten your login details, use the OTP login option or contact support — do not create a new account.

Log in to your account, go to Account Settings and select "Security". From there you can change your password by entering your current password and choosing a new one. If you have forgotten your current password, use the OTP Login option on the Login page to get back in, then update your password from settings. We recommend using a password of at least 8 characters that is not used on any other website.

KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal. Go to Account Settings and select "Verification". Upload a clear photo of the front and back of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card). Documents are reviewed within 24 hours in most cases. Once approved, withdrawals are enabled permanently for your account. You only need to go through this process once.

You can request account closure by contacting the at 999 support team via live chat or email. Before closure, withdraw any remaining balance from your wallet. If you want a temporary break rather than permanent closure, consider using the cool-off period or self-exclusion options in the Responsible Gaming section of your Account Settings. Self-exclusion options range from 30 days to permanent.

Deposits

at 999 supports Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) with no conversion fees from at 999. Your payment provider may charge their own small network fees.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are processed instantly under normal network conditions — usually within 30–60 seconds of completing the payment on your mobile wallet. If your balance has not updated after 5 minutes, check your Easypaisa/JazzCash transaction history to confirm the payment completed. If it shows as successful there but has not reflected in your at 999 wallet, contact live support with the transaction reference number.

at 999 does not charge any fees on deposits. The full amount you deposit will be credited to your wallet. Some payment providers — particularly banks for IBFT transfers — may apply their own small charges at their end. First, wait 5–10 minutes — most delayed deposits resolve automatically. If the balance still has not appeared, contact the at 999 support team via live chat and provide the following: your registered mobile number, the payment method used, the exact amount deposited, the date and time, and the transaction reference number from your Easypaisa/JazzCash/bank app. Support will trace and credit the transaction manually, usually within a few hours.

No. at 999 applies a strict same-name payment policy — the name on the payment method must match the name on your at 999 account. Third-party deposits are not accepted. This policy protects both you and the platform from fraud. If you deposit from a method in a different name, the funds may be held pending verification and could be returned to the source.

Yes. at 999 offers daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits that you can set from the Responsible Gaming section of your Account Settings. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately. Withdrawals

Log in to your account, go to the Wallet section and select "Withdraw". Choose your withdrawal method — this must match the method you used for your most recent deposit. Enter the amount, confirm the details and submit. First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification (CNIC upload). Subsequent withdrawals from a verified account are processed directly.

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals for verified accounts typically arrive within 3–10 minutes after approval. Bank IBFT withdrawals can take 1–4 hours during business hours and may take longer over weekends or public holidays. Card withdrawals (Visa/Mastercard) take 1–5 business days depending on the issuing bank. First-time withdrawals may take up to 24 hours while KYC is reviewed.

The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500 for all methods including Easypaisa and JazzCash. There is no upper limit on standard withdrawals for fully verified accounts, though very large withdrawals may require additional documentation in line with our anti-money laundering policy.

Withdrawals show as "Pending" while at 999 processes the request. Most are approved and dispatched within 30–60 minutes. A withdrawal may stay pending longer if: your KYC verification is not yet complete; there is an active bonus on your account with unfulfilled wagering requirements; the withdrawal amount exceeds your verified daily limit; or additional documentation has been requested. Log in and check your account notifications for the specific reason, or contact support.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be converted to real money by completing the wagering requirement attached to the bonus. Once the wagering requirement is met, any remaining bonus-derived winnings are converted to your real money balance and become fully withdrawable. Your wallet always shows real money balance and bonus balance separately so you can track your progress.

at 999 does not charge withdrawal fees. You receive the full amount you request. Some receiving banks or card issuers may apply incoming transfer fees — check with your bank if you are unsure. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically fee-free on the recipient side as well.
